| 摘 要： | 我国网络道德建设可以采取两种手段：自律和他律，他律手段主要指网络法律法规的强制执行，而自律则主要指网络主体自觉地进行自我约束。目前，针对我国网络道德的现状，需要两种手段双管齐下，互补共治。
