| 摘 要： | 研究高职院校的人才培养目标须认真分析面临着科学技术飞速发展、终身教育的理念、新经济的发展和国家宏观经济政策调整等许多挑战,这些直接影响着高职人才培养目标的科学定位。在新形势下,高职院校人才培养目标应着力于创新意识、创新能力和具有综合能力的复合型人才的培养,着力于进行实践能力、动手能力和学生的创业意识、能力的培养。

| Abstract: | It is necessary for higher vocational colleges to explore its cultivation object of talent facing new challenges,which influences the accurate position of aims of talent culitivation in higher vocational education directly.This paper discusses a good many changes of aims of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges under the new situation,and then effective measures to resolve major questions are suggested based on the analysis. |
