日本教育基本法的修改与教育基本理念的转变

2006年12月22日,日本颁布施行了新的《教育基本法》,这是对1947年制定的教育基本法的全面修订。日本的教育基本法是规定教育理念和教育方针的一部教育宪法,此次修改使日本的教育基本理念发生了重大转变。与旧教育基本法倡导以自由、民主、平等、和平为核心的民主主义教育理念相比较,新教育基本法虽然保留了尊重"个人的尊严"、"完善人格"等理念,但更明确地提出了"尊重公共精神"、"热爱培育传统和文化的我国和乡土"的新理念,这是以"公共"、"传统"、热爱国家为核心的国家主义教育理念。教育基本理念的这种转变,将会影响今后日本教育的发展方向。

Amendment of Education Basic Law and Transit of Educational Basic Idea in Japan

Japan promulgated and implemented new Education Basic Law on December 22nd 2006,which was a kind of complete amendment to old Education Basic Law constituted in 1947.Japanese Education Basic Law is an educational constitution,which rules educational idea and educational guideline.This amendment indicated the transit of educational idea gravely in Japan.Compare to old educational ideas of freedom,democracy,equality and peace sparkpluged by old Education Basic Law,although conserving some educational ideas such as "individual dignity","perfect personality" and so on,the new Education Basic Law put forward new educational ideas of "respect public inspirit","love and cultivate traditional culture and our country" definitely,which belongs to educational ideas of nationalism that the core are "public" and "traditional" and love nation.The transit of educational basic ideas will influence Japanese educational direction in the future.
