| 摘 要： | 随着全民健身运动的深入开展,社区健身活动已越来越引起人们的关注。加强社区健身文化的建设,是推动全民体育,促进社区健身活动发展的灵魂。文章就现代社区健身文化建设的内涵、基本内容以及现代社区健身文化建设中应遵循的原则等问题等作了探讨。

| Abstract: | The modern body-building activity is getting more and more attention along with the deeply development of whole people body-building project.The key to accelerating body-building activity is strengthening its construction and promoting the whole-people physical education.This paper discusses the connotation,environment and system of the body-building culture constructing,and some rule of constructing should be followed in the process also be discussed. |
