摘    要:商务英语传达商务理论和实务等信息,其词汇专业性极强,语体规范正式,语句简洁明快,多社交性套语,也不乏比喻、夸张、对比等修辞手段。商务活动参与应具备较强跨化意识,商务英语翻译应遵守“忠实、准确、统一”三原则,但商标翻译不应一味强调“忠实”,而应力求实现“交际功能”对等,达到商品宣传目的。

Abstract:Business English is full of specific business terms, featuring formal-consultative style, logic and concise sentences, polite formulae as well as rhetoric strategies like metaphor, hyperbole and contrast etc. Business English translators should have strong cross-cultural awareness, following the three principles of "faithfulness" "exactness" and "consistence". However, the translation of trademark words should focus on equivalence of communicative function rather than on superficial faithfulness to the original linguistic form.
