基于优秀短跑运动员技术特征的科学训练模式

摘    要:为提高我国田径短跑项目的训练水平和成绩,采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,结合教学训练的实践经验,对短跑运动员的成绩动态和技术特征展开分析,探讨了多学科理论与技术渗入下田径短跑科学训练发展趋势,剖析几种典型短跑训练方法的基本原理、内容、作用以及长处与不足,最后提出基于优秀短跑运动员技术特征的科学训练模式构想。

Abstract:In order to enhance the level of training of results of our country's sprint, this paper tried to combine literature and the practical experience of teaching and training, using induction and deduction method, analyzed dynamic technical characteristics of sprinters, discussed the development trend of the scientific track and field training based on muhidisciplinary theories and techniques. Finally, it put forward the concept of scientific training mode based on the technical characteristics of outstanding sprint athletes, and analyzed the basic principles, content, strengths and weaknesses of typical sprint training methods.
