Empirical Analysis of Criminalization Policy in Contem-porary Society

Problem of criminalization is an important issue of criminal policy, namely how to define criminal law issues in-volved in the breadth and depth of social life. In contemporary society, legislators based on the realities of politics, economy, culture, technology and other conditions, violent crime, duty crime, environmental crime, financial crime, such as the devel-opment of a different crime of criminal policy, as a basis for de-lineation of the crime ring, thus maintaining the normal legal or-der and social order.
