| 摘 要： | 太极拳作为我国优秀的民族传统文化,其丰富的文化内涵造就了神韵美。文章主要从其神韵美的表现形式对太极拳的神韵美做一个阐释,将其表现形式分为两个方面,内在神韵美和外在神韵美。
