| 摘 要： | 准公共性的竞赛产品、职业化的运动员和联营性的竞赛机制是职业体育俱乐部的基本构成要素,而营利性并不是职业体育俱乐部的法律特征;职业体育俱乐部既可以是以股东利益最大化目的导向的企业,也可以是竞赛至上目的导向的非营利组织。职业体育俱乐部目的与其组织类型选择没有必然联系。
