内蒙古社会体育专业人才需求现状与发展对策

运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法对内蒙古自治区社会体育专业人才供需状况进行调查分析,结果显示：社会体育专业人才需求呈现供不应求态势,特别是高质量的体育产业人才、运动技能指导类人才缺口较大;高校人才培养目标与社会需求错位、社会体育指导员管理不规范、无岗无酬、学生就业观念不清晰等是影响供需失衡的主要原因。高校应主动顺应市场需求,制定符合社会需要的人才培养目标,提高人才培养的针对性和有效性。

Research on the Social Sports Talent Demand Situation and Development Countermeasures in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region
