| 摘 要： | 对福州市中学两年多来开展阳光体育运动情况进行抽样调查,着重从学生对开展阳光体育的认知和学校实施阳光体育的现状进行调查.提出加强宣传,促进学生主动参与;提高体育教师业务水平,丰富活动内容;加强政策引领,加大制度支撑;构建＂学校、社区、家庭＂三位一体的体育网络;中学生自身应树立正确的健康观,主动投身到体育实践中的发展对策.
