国外青少年儿童足球运动员选材过程研究综述

回顾国外足球发达国家研究青少年儿童足球运动员选材过程的文献,对其进行归纳和演绎得出青少年儿童足球运动员选材过程的实质是:在普及足球运动中发现更多更好的人才;以技术指标为核心确认才能的评价体系;从生理、心理和社会学的视角全面关心人才的发展;建立发现、确认和发展相结合的动态精选培养体制。今后的研究方向是:整合多学科建立一个综合动态优选数据库,使运动选材过程模型具体年龄化。
