| 摘 要： | 足球训练课模式就是为了解决足球比赛中出现的问题,按照一定原理设计的一种具有相应结构和功能的训练活动模型或策略,它既是训练系统和训练过程的具体化,又是训练形式和训练方法的综合形式。本文通过采用文献资料法、归纳法、对比分析法、观察法等研究方法,从足球训练课的结构及训练课的负荷等几个方面入手,对我国和世界足球强国的训练课模式进行了比较研究,分析国内外足球训练课模式的特点。
