| 摘 要： | 法律文件为学校体育场馆开放与职工体育的协调发展提供依据;学校体育专业人才和场地器材为职工体育发展提供人力、物力保障;相关理论研究为学校体育与职工体育协调发展提供了理论保障;学校体育与职工体育和谐发展有利于构建学校和职工体育的和谐关系,发展社区体育事业,有利于学校体育的改革,促进学校体育的发展建设。

| Abstract: | Legal documents provide the basis of coordinated growth between school stadiums＇ openess and employee sports.Professionals and equipments of schools provide manpower and material security for the development of employee sports.Theoretical research puts forward the theoretical protection for their coordinated development.Developing community sports can improve school sports＇ reform and its development. |
