摘    要:"押加"运动是藏族人民喜爱的一项民族传统体育运动,该运动对头、颈、脊椎、腰背及四肢都有一定的健身意义;对心肺功能有较强促进作用。是进行快乐体育以及实施阳光体育运动的好教材,是娱乐与健身的好方法。积极推广该运动对发展少数民族体育运动有较强的现实意义。

Abstract:Yajia is a national traditional sport which is favored by Tibetan People.Yajia has a certain fitness functions on heads,necks,spines,backs and limbs,and it improves the cardio-pulmonary function.Moreover,it also can be regarded as a good teaching material of sunshine sports and a good method of both entertainment and fitness.It can be conclude that actively promoting this sport event has a strong practical significance to develop minority sports.
