女子皮艇500 m速度结构的研究

摘    要:女子皮艇是我国皮划艇项目中的相对优势项目。如何针对我国女子皮艇运动员的速度结构目前存在的问题,以国外一流选手的特点为参照进行速度结构的研究分析,建立适合我国运动员的速度结构模型。研究采用文献资料法、录像分析法、比赛观察法、调查法、数理统计法对我国女子皮艇速度结构进行了剖析。研究认为,目前我国女子皮艇选手存在快速力量或爆发力量不足,造成启航速度不够;途中划习惯用高桨频来缩短与对手差距,却忽视了一桨效果,造成体力不支;有氧耐力差;划桨动作不经济;不懂得比赛过程中的战术安排等问题。研究同时提出了相应的改进策略。

Abstract:As an advantageous event of Chinese Canoe/Kayak,women's kayak has reserved some ability in physical condition and technique,but still got no gold medals in Olympics.It is required to improve the athletes' speed construction,analyze it comparing to foreign elite athletes,construct a model of speed construction suitable for Chinese athletes,in order to improve the whole construction of race,make full use of athletes' ability,and apply tactics and techniques properly.By the methods of literature,video analysis,investigation and mathematic statistics the speed construction of Chinese women's kayak are studied.The main problems include that: insufficiency of explosive force leads to low start speed;inefficient high oaring frequency exhausts too much energy;lack of aerobic endurance and clumsy oaring movement;improper tactics in competition.Corresponding improvement are also provided.
