| 摘 要： | 日本新颁布的体育政策《体育立国战略》以确立新的体育文化为目标,制定出大众体育、竞技体育、各体育组织有效协作、提高透明性公正性及配置支撑体育的社会基础五个重点发展领域。阐述该政策的主要目标内容,分析政策颁布的背景与原因,揭示日本"体育立国论"带来的体育发展路线的转变。
