| 摘 要： | 体育大国和体育强国之分,只是体育在不同社会历史发展阶段选择的价值取向和判断不同而已。后奥运时代,"体育强国"把提高全民体育素质作为国家发展战略价值加以实施。不论是从经济社会发展的客观条件、公民的思想意识进步的社会基础,还是从竞技体育发展积累的经验来看,把提高全民体育素质作为国家发展战略价值选择具有现实可能性。提高青少年体质健康水平是体育强国的首要价值选择;提高全民体质健康水平是体育强国的中心价值选择;提升体育文化发展水平是体育强国的基础价值选择;提升体育社会化水平是体育强国的重点价值选择。

| Abstract: | The author thinks the difference between power country of sports and bigger country of sports,which sports of developing stages of different history has different standard of valuing and judging.In post-Olympic era,power country of sports regards improving qualities of all citizens as a strategy of development.This strategy is possible to come true with either thinking of economic development and social basics about citizens' consciousness or experience of competitive sports development.As for power country... |
