哈尔滨市中小学上冰雪活动与城市冰雪场地现状发展研究--百万青少年上冰雪活动

由于哈尔滨市中小学校冬季上冰雪活动存在着冰雪场地诸多问题，影响了中小学校冬季冰雪体育教学和活动的开展。加强城区内公益冰雪活动场地的开发和布局，可以很好地解决中小学校活动场地小、教学冰期短、维护成本高等影响百万青少年上冰雪活动的场地因素，并很好地解决中小学生冬季假期参与冰雪活动的场地问题。哈尔滨市公益冰雪活动场地为中小学把“上冰雪”系列活动纳入课程的体育教学体系服务，为学生开展冬季体育健身活动和冰雪趣味活动服务，助推全民上冰雪，助推冬季运动项目振兴。

Development Research on the Status of Ice-Snow Activities and Urban Fields in Elementary and Secondary Schools in Harbin City-- Millions of Youngsters Take Part in the Ice-snow Sports

As many problems such as ice-snow fields in the ice-snow fields of elementary and secondary schools in Harbin city in winter,which influenced the development of ice-snow sports activities and teaching in these schools. Enhancing the development and layout of urban commonweal fields of ice-snow sports,which will not only well resolve some problems such as small fields for activities,short time for teaching on the ice and high cost for maintenance,but also supply more fields for taking ice-snow exercises in winter holidays. The commonweal fields of ice-snow sports in Harbin city will serve for the physical education system of“Ice-snow”activites bringing into the curriculums in elementary and secondary schools,and for students to develop winter sports activities and ice-snow fun activities,which will help for the citizen to take the winter ice-snow sports activities and promote winter sports.
