| 摘 要： | 实习质量的高低直接关系到高等院校毕业生的质量。＂递进式整体优化＂是我们在实习改革中探索总结的一种新模式,＂递进式＂指的是实习时间的合理安排与巧妙衔接;＂整体优化＂指的是从基地建设、资源配置、管理模式、技术手段等方面的全盘考虑与优化,这一实习模式的建构与实践大大提高了实习效率与质量,体现出这一实习新模式的价值。

| Abstract: | The quality of internship directly related to the quality of graduates.Progressive type of total optimization is a new model summarized from internship reformation.Progressive refers to the reasonable arrangements and clever convergence of internship time,total optimization refers to the overall consideration and optimization from base construction,resources collocation,management model,technical means,etc.The construction and practice of this internship theory has greatly enhanced the internship efficiency and quality of our department, and reflects the value of this new internship model. |
