学校引领家庭德育

学校担负着传承文明、为社会主义事业培养建设者和接班人的历史重任，加强青少年思想道德教育是学校的重要任务。家庭德育是德育体系架构中的重要支撑之一。是学校德育不可或缺的重要基础和补充。然而目前家庭德育工作非常薄弱，或多或少存在着德育误区。当前影响家庭德育的因素主要有社会环境因素、家庭环境因素和学校教育因素，今后促进学校引领家庭德育的对策主要有家庭德育思想的引领、家庭德育知识和技能的引领和构建“家校合作”模式等。

Thought on Moral Education in Family Guided by School

The school bears the historical responsibility of transmitting civilization and fostering socialist cause builders and successors. It is the primary task for school to strengthen the ideological and moral construction of adolescents. Moral education in family is an important part supporting moral system. Besides, it is also the indispensable basis and supplement of moral education in school. However, through the contact with the students and their parents, the author found that the moral education in family is very weak and there are errors. Based on the present situation, this thesis aims at analyzing various factors influencing moral education in family, and then proposes some countermeasures to show how schools bear the responsibility of guiding moral education in family.
