| 摘 要： | 廉政文化建设在反腐倡廉建设中处于基础性地位。高校廉政文化建设应以教育为基础，以制度建设为保障，以校园文化活动为载体，以环境建设为条件，树立崇尚廉洁的思想意识，营造浓郁的廉政文化氛围，增强廉政文化建设的渗透性和现代感。

| Abstract: | The construction of the culture of a clean government takes the position of the base in our corruption combat for a clean government.On university campuses,this construction should be based on education,be guarantied by system,permeating cultural activities,and facilitated by campus environment,so that ideas for integrity are upheld and modern cultural atmosphere for cleanness is created. |
