| 摘 要： | 本文对跳远项目助跑速度与起跳技术的理论研究现状作了全面的回顾,分析认为,起跳技术和与之紧密联系的助跑速度一直是跳远理论的研究重点,对跳远起跳技术动作结构的不同认识反映了不同时期的技术要求. |

| Abstract: | The authors made a comprehensive review of the long jump research on approach speedand take-off technique. The authors discovered that the previous research on long jump usually laidemphasis on take-off and run-up speed, which is closed linked with take-off technique. The differenttake=off motion analysis reflect the different technical needs of the different times. |
