社会学视野中的“三农”问题(笔谈)

"三农"问题一直横亘在我们心中,拂之而不能去。用社会学视野观察之,是想让具有乡土情结的人"倾听它的声响"。本期论坛主要讨论实现城乡协调发展必须进行体制改革、如何突破城乡二元结构、尊重和依靠农民跳出历史周期律、"组合竞选"谁与之争峰以及影响农民职业流动的因素。陆学艺教授认为,实现城乡协调发展必须打破"城乡分治、一国两策"的体制格局。郭书田研究员认为,突破二元经济社会结构必须在十四个方面予以改革;石山老先生认为,应在总结历史经验的基础上,尊重和依靠农民跳出历史周期律;辛秋水研究员认为,在村民自治中创造的"组合竞选制"模式具有科学规范、公平合理、简便易行等优点,值得推广;同春芬博士则在全面评述国内外研究现状的基础上,分析了影响中国农民职业流动的制度因素、社会因素和人力资本因素。

Three basic problems of Chinese agriculture,countryside and farmers from the view of sociology

The three basic problems of Chinese agriculture, countryside and farmers have hauntd in our mind for a long time. By observing these problems from sociological view, we hope that people on the native land will hear the sound of it. In this article, professor Lu Xue-yi holds the opinion that the coordinated development of town and country needs disintegrate systematic structural partition of town and country; Research fellow Guo Shu-tian thinks that fourteen respects must be reformed to break through social and economic binary structure; Professor Shi Shan holds that it is necessary for farmers to break away from historic periodical law; Research fellowing Xin Qiu-shui thinks the mode of farmer's combinatorial election is scientific、 fair and reasonable, it is worth spreading. Professor Tong Chun-fen comments on the present research situation at home and abroad, analyzes the systematic social and labor resources factors which affects farmer's job mobility.
