| 摘 要： | 在骨干教师市级培训工作中，我们更新了管理理念，敢破常规，制订了富有新意的培训方案，大胆和探索，总结出了五大培训原则，推进了教师培训工作的改革，有效地提高了培训的质量，增强了培训的有效性，从而创新了具有理论和实践意义的培训模式。
