| 摘 要： | “项目投资与评估”是投资与理财专业一门应用性和实践性很强的专业基础课。教学中，应以一个投资项目为核心，注重案例教学，并采用多样化的考核方式，以提高教学效率，增强学生的实践运用能力。

| Abstract: | ＂Investment and Evaluation of Project＂ is a professional basic course of investment and financial management studies which required a high level of application and practice. According to the present teaching situation of the course, this article puts forward a teaching method around the core of an investment project, paying attention to case study, using a variety of evaluation methods to improve the teaching efficiency and students＇ practical ability. |
