| Abstract: | Under the policy-oriented 'Promoting the updating of the processing depending on sci-tech innovation',S&T intelligence is increasingly playing an important role.This paper expounds the sustaining effect of S&T intelligence to S&T management,and presents some thinking on the advantage and approach to Beijing's S&T intelligence-based the transformation of S&T achievements. |
