| 摘 要： | 在文献梳理和归纳的基础上,整合了动态能力和新创企业绩效的理论架构与维度,揭示了动态能力对新创企业绩效的作用机理.以中小型新创企业为案例,通过问卷调查与分析,对研究假设进行检验,结果表明:环境响应、技术柔性和组织柔性变量对经营绩效和成长绩效产生影响,经营绩效具有中介效应,环境动态性调节了动态能力与新创企业绩效各维度之间的关系.最后,根据研究结论提出了针对新创企业成长的几点建议.
