| 摘 要： | 网络信息技术的发展提出了个人资讯隐私权的法律保护问题。在我国,个人资讯隐私权的法律保护既是宪法性人权保障的要求,也是网络信息技术发展的必然结果。我国个人资讯隐私权的法律保护,应尽快制定专门法,并从我国公民隐私权完整保护的角度尽快完善。

| Abstract: | With the development of the information-intensive society of the network, the problem of how to protect the right of privacy of personal information has already drawn people's attention. In China, the legal protection of the right of privacy of personal information is not only one of the human rights which is protected by the constitution, but also an inevitable consequence of the information technique development of the network. So a special law should be made to protect the right of personal information, and be perfected as soon as possible from the aspect of protection of right of privacy of the citizen in our country. |
