| Abstract: | Evidence unlawfully collected is a common phenomenon in the judicial practice in China. This paper demonstrates that evidence unlawfully collected must be excluded thoroughly and the rationality and necessity of the principle of exclusion of evidence unlawfully collected must be established. |
