| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、比较分析法，明确了高校体育环境的三大要素，分析了高校体育环境具有整体性、关联性、长期性、系统性的特点，并就高校体育环境系统建设提出：发挥教育者的主导作用；提高学生体育锻炼的积极性；制定健全科学的规章制度、条例；立足于大学生体育发展的特点，创建良好的体育环境；重视宣传、舆论环境的培育等对策。

| Abstract: | By methods of literature and comparative analysis,the paper defines the three elements of sports environment at college and university,analyzes its characteristics of integrity,inter-relatedness and systematicness,and puts forward measures to build a sports environment system: to give full play to educators' dominant role,to promote students' initiative in sports,to work out scientific rules and regulations,to build a favorable sports environment,and to value propaganda and public opinion. |
