新形势下广西高师体育专业本科毕业生就业与教育改革初探

简要回顾了1977年以后广西高师体育专业本科毕业生的就业历史及近两年毕业生的就业分配状况，初步分析了就业制度改革后毕业生的就业状况和形势，以及体育专业教育有待改革的问题。阐述了改革的基本依据和原因。提出了加强就业指导；转变就业观念；适当拓展人才培养目标的围度；扩大专业选修的范围和自由度；鼓励和引导学生修读第2学位；调整各专业学生的入学比例等的改革思路。

A Probe into Educational Reformation and Employment of the Undergraduates of Physical Education Majors in Normal Universities in Guangxi

This essay briefly recalls the employment situation of undergraduates of institute of physical education in universities in Guangxi from 1977 to 2000 and the employment condition in last two years;analyzes the employment is-tuation of undergraduates after the reformation of employment,and the problems in the reformation of institute of physical education;puts forward the idea enhancing the guides of employment;changes the ideas in employment; widens the range of goals of talent training; enlarges the range and freedom of course election; encourages and guides the undergraduates to gain a second degree;adjusts the reforming ideas such as the proportion of accepting newcomers in each field.
