| 摘 要： | 为使刚升入初中的初一学生尽快适应中学的学习生活，班主任首先应抓好以下思想意识教育：遵纪守法意识，环境意识，集体意识，尊师意识，人际关系意识，友情意识，时间意识，困难意识，课堂意识，学习目的意识；其次，还应在班级管理上分阶段相应地给予学生不同的指导。
