| 摘 要： | 知识经济和知识管理逐渐成为当前社会的热门话题,个人知识的高效系统管理已成为知识经济发展的必需。针对成人学习的特点,在对个人知识管理的概念和Web个人知识管理系统功能框架认识的基础上,探讨了利用先进的信息技术工具辅助个人知识管理的有效途径,从而实现个人终身学习。

| Abstract: | Knowledge economy and knowledge management gradually became popular topics of nowadays society. The effective management of personal knowledge was necessary for the knowledge economy development. To actualize the life learning, the effective approach of the association management by advanced information technology tools was discussed founding on the systemic investigation on the Conception and the web function of the personal knowledge management. |
