| 摘 要： | 运用健美教学方法中的“交错穿插法”对本校健美班学生进行教学实验，并通过观察法按《学生体质健康标准》测量方法，对学生上健美课前后的身体形态机能进行测试分析。研究结果表明，“交错穿插法”在健美教学过程中能有效提高学生身体机能形态。
