| 摘 要： | 中国的正式入世意味着中国企业的全球化经营进入了一个新的阶段。但是随着对外贸易市场的不断拓展，中国对外贸易额的迅速增长以及众多企业对反倾销诉讼应诉不力，加之国际上对中国的“非市场经济”待遇，使中国成为反倾销的最大受害国。针对反倾销的现状，中国企业应提高产品质量，增强行业竞争力，对反倾销诉讼积极应诉、及时抗辩。政府应对被提起反倾销诉讼的行业、企业提供帮助，并建立反倾销预警机制。

| Abstract: | China＇s formal accession to the WTO means that Chinese enterprises operating globalization has entered a new stage. But with the development of outward economy, China has been the world＇s biggest victimized country of anti-dumping because of many enterprises＂ failure to react to the anti-dumping and other countries＂ ＂non-market economy＂ policies against China. According to the present condition of anti-dumping, this essay is provides some suggestions from the aspect of anti-circumvention measures. |
