| 摘 要： | 从明的视角，运用社会学、教育学理论，分析在知识经济时代的今天，尽快提高高校体育教师素质的重要性与紧迫性，着重从职业道德和知识结构等层面，阐述为适应现代高校体育教学改革与发展的需要，就必须进一步提高高校体育教师自身的素质，这是搞好高校体育教学的基础和关键。
