市场导向、组织学习与组织创新的关系--中国大陆与台湾的比较

摘    要:比较两个分别在中国大陆和台湾做的关于市场导向——组织学习——组织创新——组织绩效关系的研究后发现,与台湾地区不同,在珠三角地区,市场导向对组织学习有显著的直接影响,对组织创新却没有显著的直接影响;管理创新对组织绩效有直接正面的影响,技术创新并不直接影响组织的绩效;市场导向通过组织学习对组织创新有显著的间接影响;组织学习通过影响组织创新进而间接影响组织绩效。管理创新是提升组织绩效的瓶颈。

Abstract:This paper compared two studies on the relationships between market orientation, organization learning, organization innovation and organization performance between Mainland and Taiwan. The authors found that in Pearl River Delta region, market orientation has an direct influence on organization learning, while no distinct influence on organization innovation. Management innovation has an directly positive influence on organization performance, technology innovation has no direct influence on organization performance; market orientation brings notable indirect influence on organization innovation by organization learning, organization learning influences on the organization performance indirectly by means of organization innovation. Management innovation is the bottleneck for enhancing organization performance.
