| 摘 要： | 运用访问调查等研究方法，对我国大学生高水平田径运动队的目前竞技水平进行了剖析，探求使竞技体育与大学生高水平运动队相结合的途径、方法。通过建立科学的、行之有效的大学生体育运动竞赛管理体制，调整人才机构，实行教练员岗位竞争机制，提高运动员选材质量和体育经费社会化、信息科学化制度等多种途径，形成我国特有的大学生高水平运动训练竞技人才的培养体制是解决问题的关键所在。

| Abstract: | A survey was carried out to investigate and analyze the present sports level of top-level sports team in university, and ways are suggested to apply the Competitive Sports to it, such as building up a scientific and effective management system of athletic sports in universities, regulating the structure of talented people, introducing competitive posts for coaches, improving the quality of athlete selection and increasing the social investment and scientific information in sports. It is a key approach to form our own education system for talented athletes in universities by these ways. |
