| 摘 要： | 知识产权交易平台能够推动创新要素的流动，在“大众创业、万众创新”的时代背景下其重要性日益突出。本文首先梳理了国外知识产权市场体系中的几种运营模式，接着探讨了服务众创的知识产权交易平台主要功能以及如何根据众创企业所处的生命周期阶段来提供相应的知识产权交易服务。
