新能源上市公司绿色技术创新绩效研究

以国内70家新能源上市企业作为研究对象,从绿色投入和产出的角度构建绿色技术创新绩效评价指标体系,运用DEA方法对2013—2015年新能源上市企业的绿色技术创新绩效进行分析。研究结果表明,我国新能源企业绿色技术创新绩效整体较低,且主要障碍在于企业纯技术效率低下,政府需要采取有针对性的政策来诱导企业尽可能多地进行RD投入,增加企业本身知识积累,企业也应更多地关注绿色技术和管理层次的改进。

Study on the Performance of Green Technology Innovation of New Energy Listed Companies

Evaluating the performance of green technology innovation of new energy enterprises is helpful to improve the innovation performance of enterprises. This paper selected China''s 70 new energy listed companies as the research object and built the performance evaluation index system of green technology innovation from the perspective of green input and output, using DEA method to analyze the green technological innovation performance of new energy listed companies from 2013 to 2015. The results show that the overall level of green technology innovation performance in China''s new energy enterprises is low and the main obstacle lies in the low pure technical efficiency level of the enterprises. The government needs to take a targeted policy to induce enterprises to invest R&D as much as possible and increase the accumulation of knowledge of the enterprises themselves. Enterprises should also pay more attention to green technology and the improvement of management level.
