摘    要:在分析创新网络中企业知识协同的背景和意义的基础上,结合知识协同和知识协同效能的理论基础,从“效能”的含义出发,将效能分为知识协同绩效和知识协同能力两个维度,构建创新网络中企业知识协同效能评价指标体系,包括2个一级指标、5个二级指标和25个三级指标;利用因子分析方法建立评价模型,将创新网络中的企业知识协同效能体现在各个因子上。最后通过实证分析,检验该评价模型的有效性、合理性和科学性,为创新网络中企业知识协同效能评价提供理论依据和决策参考。

Research on the Evaluation of Enterprise Knowledge Collaboration Effectiveness in Innovation Network
Abstract:On the basis of analyzing the background and significance of enterprise knowledge collaboration in innovation network, this paper combines the theoretical basis of knowledge collaboration and knowledge collaboration effectiveness, starting from the meaning of "efficiency", the effectiveness is divided into two dimensions: knowledge collaboration performance and knowledge collaboration ability, and the evaluation index system of enterprise knowledge collaboration effectiveness in innovation network is constructed, which includes two first-level indexes, five second-level indicators and 25 third-level indicators. Then, the evaluation model is established by using factor analysis method, and the effectiveness of enterprise knowledge collaboration in innovation network is reflected on each factor. Finally, through the empirical analysis, the validity, rationality and scientific nature of the evaluation model are tested, which provides a theoretical basis and decision reference for the evaluation of the effectiveness of enterprise knowledge collaboration in the innovation network.
