知识积累与创新关系研究脉络与未来展望

知识积累是形成企业创新能力的基础,从知识积累角度解读创新能力的形成一直是创新、知识管理领域的研究热点,但缺乏对现有研究脉络与进展梳理的文献。基于此,本文在回顾了国内外关于知识积累与创新关系的研究成果的基础上,首先,梳理了知识积累与创新之间悖论关系的理论基础；其次,从知识基特征、知识积累方式、知识积累对创新的负向关系三个视角对已有研究进行评述；最后,在现有研究不足的基础上,对未来研究进行展望。

Research Context of Relationship of Knowledge Accumulation and Innovationand Future Prospect

Knowledge accumulation is the basis of innovation ability. It is always a hot topic in the field of knowledge accumulation and innovation interpreting the formation of innovation ability from the perspective of knowledge accumulation. Although there are a lot of good works, still lack a good literature review. So, this paper reviews the literature of knowledge accumulation and innovation and finds three results as follows, first of all, combing theoretical basis of the paradox between the accumulation of knowledge and innovation; secondly, summarizing the two opinions on the relationship: the characteristics of the knowledge base and the mode of knowledge accumulation; and finally, proposing future research prospects.
