| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查，综合运用因子分析与层次分析，对高新技术企业对外直接投资中的知识产权风险诱因进行识别与权重评价，研究识别出6类27个风险诱因。其中高新技术企业管理层引发的风险在6个类别中权重最高，说明企业管理层在对外直接投资过程中对知识产权风险的影响程度最大。结合研究发现，从政府、行业、企业3个层面提出高新技术企业对外直接投资中知识产权风险防范举措。

Research on Identification and Evaluation of Intellectual Property Risk Inducement for Chinese High-Tech Enterprises in Outbound Direct Investment |

| Abstract: | Through questionnaire survey and comprehensive factor analysis and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), this paper identifies and evaluates the risk inducements of intellectual property rights in foreign direct investment of high-tech enterprises, and studies and identifies 6 types of 27 risk inducements. Among them, the risk caused by the management of high-tech enterprises has the highest weight among the six categories, which indicates that the management of the enterprise has the greatest influence on the intellectual property risk in the process of foreign direct investment. Combined with research findings, the paper puts forward measures to prevent intellectual property risk in foreign direct investment of high-tech enterprises from three aspects of government, industry and enterprise. |
