重大工程团队是由各个工程主体按照一定规则构成的知识集合体,作为重大工程的主要完成者,其工程管理的过程可以看作一种通过知识的不断学习和记忆,最终解决工程管理问题的过程。在知识创造模型基础上,分析重大工程团队知识、学习和记忆的特性及联系。根据重大工程团队知识管理和生物免疫的相似性,从生物免疫的角度建立重大工程团队知识-学习-记忆三者逻辑关系的框架模型。该模型突破已有研究中三者呈现独立化和片面化的现状,揭示了一条完整的知识管理链。最后,从免疫角度对重大工程团队知识管理提出建议。

The model of megaproject team knowledge-learning-memorybased on biological immunity

The megaproject team is a knowledge aggregation which constituted by project subjects through certain rules .As the main completer of the megaproject, The megaproject team gets through the continuous knowledge learning and memory to eventually solve the project problems.In this paper, The features and connection of the megaproject team knowledge,learning and memory are discussed based on the knowledge creation model. Then this paper establishes a logical model of the megaproject team knowledge,learning and memory from the perspective of biological immunity and the analogy between the megaproject team and the immune system. This model change that the issues of the megaproject team knowledge-learning-memory are often discussed independently and fragmentally, At the same time, it also reflects a complete knowledge management chain. Finally, the suggestions of how to enhance the knowledge management of megaproject team are put forward from the perspective of biological immunity.
