长江经济带产业结构优化对区域创新绩效的影响差异分析

基于长江经济带11省(市)2005-2016年面板数据,采用DEA模型测算出11省市区域创新绩效,再从产业结构合理化与高级化两个维度出发,实证探究产业结构优化对区域创新绩效影响。结果表明：合理化能够有效促进创新绩效提升,而高级化对创新绩效作用不明显。对长江经济带上中下游分别回归发现,合理化对区域创新绩效提升效果显著,但高级化对区域创新绩效作用存在显著区域差异,表现为在上游地区存在显著正向促进作用,在中游地区表现为显著抑制作用,在下游地区则作用不显著。

Analysis of the Difference in the Impact of Industrial Structure Optimization on Regional Innovation Performance in the Yangtze River Economic Belt

Based on the panel data of 11 provinces(cities) of the Yangtze River economic belt for 2005-2016 years,the DEA model is used to calculate the regional innovation performance, from two dimensions of the rationalization and the advanced of the industrial structure,empirically explore whether the optimization of industrial structure has a positive effect on regional innovation performance. The results show that rationalization can effectively promote the improvement of innovation performance, while the effect of advanced on innovation performance is not obvious. The regression of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River economic belt shows that rationalization has a significant effect on improving regional innovation performance, but there are significant regional differences in the role of advanced performance for regional innovation performance. It shows a significant positive effect in the upstream area, and has a significant reverse effect in the middle reaches, and has no significant effect in the downstream area.
