| 摘 要： | 基于政府在科技决策智库建设中的功能,构建“制度供给”、“资金支持”、“人才队伍建设”、“活动平台搭建”、“需求带动”五位一体的分析框架,对近年来我国政府支持科技决策智库建设情况进行分析,并提出若干对策建议。

Analysis of the construction of science and technology decision making think tanks in China -- based on the perspective of government function orientation |

| Abstract: | Based on the functions of the government in the construction of scientific and technological decision-making think tanks, the analysis framework of system supply, capital support, talent team building, building of active platform and demand driven are constructed. The paper analyzes the situation of the government supporting the construction of science and technology decision making think tanks recent years, , and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. |
