中国省域电子信息制造业效率及演化研究

摘    要:电子信息制造业是信息产业的基础,对我国智能制造与产业转型升级发挥着重要引领作用。文章以我国29个省份为样本,采用DEA-BCC模型对2016年我国电子信息制造业技术效率进行了横向分析,并采用DEA-Malmquist指数方法测算了2010—2016年全要素生产率的变化。研究发现:我国电子信息制造业效率西南地区最高而东北地区最低;地区间的纯技术效率差异水平高于规模效率差异;地区间TFP增长率存在明显差异;多地面临产业发展的不稳定问题。建议推动区域间产业转移与要素流动,构建跨行业、跨区域、跨部门的创新网络,因地制宜完善电子信息制造业政策体系。

Research on the Efficiency and Its Evolution of China's Provincial Electronic Information Manufacturing Industry
Abstract:Electronic information manufacturing is the foundation of the information industry and plays an important leading role in China''s intelligent manufacturing and industrial transformation and upgrading. Based on the sample of 29 provinces in China, this paper uses the DEA-BCC model to analyze the efficiency of China''s electronic information manufacturing industry in 2016, and uses the DEA-Malmquist index method to measure the change of total factor productivity in 2010-2016. The research finds that the efficiency of China''s electronic information manufacturing industry is the highest in Southwest China and the lowest in Northeast China; the difference in pure technical efficiency between regions is higher than the difference in scale efficiency; there is a significant difference in the growth rate of TFP between regions; many regions are facing instability in industrial development. It is recommended to promote inter-regional industrial transfer and factor flow, build an innovation network across industries, regions, and departments, and improve the electronic information manufacturing policy system according to local conditions.
