黑龙江省高职院校开设冰雪健身课程现状与对策研究

冰雪健身对高职院校学生促进身心健康、磨练品格、提升对生存环境的适应能力具有重要作用和独特价值。通过调查、访谈和文献研究等方法,开发冰雪健身课程是在充分利用黑龙江省得天独厚的冰雪资源的基础上,使传统的具有地方特色的体育活动与现代新兴的体育项目相结合,实现高职院校冰雪课程结构的重构,冰雪健身课程的开设是对高职院校体育教学的创新研究,将会较大地丰富课程内容、改善知识结构、注重创新教育、强化学生的能力培养和提升综合素质。

Current Situation and Countermeasures on the Ice- snow Fitness Courses Construction in Heilongjiang Higher Vocational Colleges

The ice - snow fitness has important effect and unique value for the students in higher vocational colleges to improve their physical and mental health, hone their character and enhance their environment a- daptability.
