西北少数民族地区学校体育发展的现状及对策研究

采用文献资料、访问座谈、问卷调查等方法，对西北少数民族地区学校体育工作的现状进行了调查研究。研究结果表明，学校体育在教育结构中的布局不够合理，使其发展的总体水平不高，城市好于农村的模式依然存在。要使西北少数民族地区学校体育同步于发达地区，就必须从改革学校体育教学目标、实施学校体育工作运行法制化、开展中小学体育师资继续教育工程、建立保障学校体育工作正常运转的资金体系、唱响“自力更生、艰苦创业”的主旋律、制定科学规范可行的学校体育评估标准、树立学校体育现代化观念等方面着手，并据此为推动西北少数民族地区学校体育工作长足发展提供参考依据。

The Status and Countermeasure for School Physical Education Development in Northwestern Minority Region

By using the method of documentary, information discussion and questionnaire inquiry, the author makes the deeply investigation on the status of school physical education work in northwestern minority region. The result shows that school physical education is unreasonable in layout of structure which make the level of physical education development is low. The condition in the city is prior to the countryside. In order to improve the level of physical education in northwestern region, we must reform the teaching goal, carry out the legal system, continued cultivate project of physical education teachers in elementary and high school, ensure the operation fund, use the self-dependence and carve out, establish capably scientific evaluation criterion, build up the conception of modernization. Based on it, the author wants to provide reference for development of physical education in northwestern region.
